error downloading, Couldn't connect to server

hi,
on windows server/client
when i try to bind a usb memory stick, i have this error message on the serveur side:

on the client side, i see the Mass Storage but when a try to use this device on the virtualhere client gui, i have a error message : " there was a error using this device."
