Parsing polling xml failed()

Hi!

I have been using VirtualHere for couple of months, but several of weeks ago I began to receive error messages:

VirtualHere Client
Parsing polling xml failed ()

And the client exits. This occurs from time to time on 2 machines, sometimes after waking from sleep / unlocking computer.

My system:
Client: macOS version 4.9.8
Server: Raspberry Pi Model 3B version 4.1.0

I am using default settings on both sides.

What version of osx are you using?

OK thanks, ill try to reproduce the issue here and see if i can see the problem. It sounds like the daemon is crashing...

In OSX there might be a log for the crash. Can you open Finder->Utilities->Console->User Diagnostic Reports.

Is there anything listed in there starting with VirtualHere_...?

if so that is useful to diagnose the issue. Could you send that log (right click open in finder to get the file) and send to mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)
