Problem with stuck inactive session on window PC

Hi there,
I have a virualhere USB Hub installed on my Linux Kali Raspberry 3 box.
All sessions stucks inactive after a while period.
The virtualhere system messages log is empty. USB power "suspends" configuration on Windows is disabled.
I tested a couple of PC with the same result. Procedure: "Stop" using COM port device and "enabling" it again resolves the issue but it is not very convenient.

Could you please give me an advice.

What brand of serial->COM adapter are you using? I still think it is going to sleep but i want to double check
