I am running Windows 10 64bit, and when I run the Windows 64 server it does not load past 80% and freezes the system. It creates and empty config.ini file.
So that opened, completed and asked for a restart. Once I restarted it would crash at 80% after a few seconds. Tried opening the original download, and now that works. So figures crossed. Also THANK YOU for the fast response.
