Error to Install Drivers (Enumerator)

Hi

I try to install the driver but receive error message:
2020-07-30 12:02:13 INFO :No drivers found, they will be installed
2020-07-30 12:02:17 INFO :SetupDiEnumDeviceInterfaces failed
2020-07-30 12:02:18 INFO :SetupDiEnumDeviceInterfaces failed
2020-07-30 12:02:18 ERROR :Hub failed to open error, Es sind keine Daten mehr verfügbar. (0x00000103)

Could you email me the c:\windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log file to mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com) and ill take a look

or open that file and check for lines beginning with !!! and containing vhusb3hc and it will have an error code, post the line(s) here
