Hi,
I have 2x HP servers(HOST01 and HOST02 running, as Replication/back up, with the main HOST01 running virtual machine (VM1).
Both are installed side by side in network rack, and into the same network switch. They share 3 IP connections, with 2NICs on 1 Team, 1 NIC on the other 2.
I use Virtual here to pass through a licence Dongle and Serial-USB COMport, both work without issue.
The virtual machine is accessed at various points across the network with no issues whatsoever.
However, When working directly on the Server HOST01, and RDPing into the VirtualMachine, the Mouse/graphics becomes instantly Glitchy and slow. Minimise the windows, its fine, full screen it, its a grinding hault.
I swapped the user terminal to be HOST02, so the user then RDPs to the Virtual machine on HOST01 but the same issue occurs.
This happens using either Hyper-V or RDP l and only on these two server machines. Multiple other PCs, and terminals either into the same switch or otherwise do not experience the same issue.
I didnt think it would be related to virtualhere but have exausted other options, so I'm asking if its possibly related.
thanks!
.
Sorry i don't know. If you were passing the mouse through VirtualHere i would have suggested turning down the poll rate but since there is no mouse being used via VirtualHere and the serial/dongle communications is very minimal on the network when sent via VirtualHere, i just think its probably a bug in your hypervisor (ESX?)
