USB licence dongles connect on the client from the fourth or fifth attempt and work fine .
found only such lines in the log:

That message is coming from the smartcard reader that you are using via virtualhere. I think some program on the server is temporarily using your reader. Are you running dongle software on the server as well? If so, uninstall it on the server

Strange, but no software is installed on the server to use USB dongles.
The error appears immediately upon the first unsuccessful connection of USB dongles

How quickly are you stopping using the smartcard and then using again?
Are you immediately stopping using the smart card reader on one client then immediately trying to use it on another?
Does it make a difference if you stop using on one pc then wait a few seconds then use it on another computer?
