Bite-board USB doesn't work anymore

Hello,

Since a few time, i can't use anymore a bite-board USB dongle with my soft (Masterwork from Masterwood). It works only from time to time. Most of time it doesn't work. Before, it was working as long as i remember. I tried on 3 workstation (windows 10). It is the same.

Here is its specs :
VENDOR : Hardest Italia Srl
PRODUCT : bite-board USB
VENDOR ID : 0x03EF
PRODUCT ID : 0x0BB3
ADRESS : 133

When i plug it (in VirtualHere), it's ok (i've got the message "In use by you")
But when i launch my software, it doesn't work and i have a message in windows that tell me "USB device not recognized"

I'm using the lastest USB client : 5.0.8
I've tested the latest QNAP server available on the QNAP Store (3.4.7) and the lastest QNAP server available on the VirtualHere site (4.2.0).

What can i do ?
