No config.ini file

I purchased a license, installed it via the client, and it works for a little while but then the license disappears and it's back to demo mode. I've tried to find the config file but it's on a raspberry pi that is running overlayfs or overlay file system which prevents modification. Consequently, the config.ini never gets written and I can't permanently install the license I bought. Anyone have an idea on how I can fix this or a config.ini I can modify?

Thanks in advance!

My apologies. The server is a raspberri pi running WTWare and the client is Win 10 Pro running as a service

No you must have the config.ini file on a writable partition otherwise its impossible for any server changes to be kept.

You can provide a path to the config.ini file when you start the virtualhere server by using the -c argument

Also try typing mount and see what partitions are mounted , maybe one of them is permanent r/w

got it sorted. needed to run a headless distro to get a config.ini generated.
