The license key did not arrive after the purchase in Android

Hello!
Today I bought a license for a Virtual Hard USB Server 3 device (Virtual USB Server) on your TV via google Play

The money was debited from my bank card.
But the license was not unblocked.

When checking the license, an error is issued

This server is not licensed, some functions are not available.

Also, if I click "buy license", it will inform me that I already own this product.

If necessary, I can send screenshots of the payment.

No license key that is sent if you purchase from the play store. It should just automatically be licensed after the purchase completes. I havent heard of that not happening. Anyway exit the virtualhere app and start the virtualhere app again and it should be ok. Let me know if it still doesnt work.

Edit: Actually i see one decline from yesterday. Do you have the last 5 digits of your order id? The order id starts with GPA (The playstore doesnt allow me to see email addresses associated with purchases via the Play Store)

But, yesterday, when the license problem started after the purchase, I requested a refund from google play.

And now I don't know how to cancel it. I wrote to tech support that everything is fine now, I hope no refund will be made.

If, after all, the money is returned, I hope that I will be able to make the purchase again without any problems.

Same problem (Android license)

Hi,

I have the exact same problem as the above user, and I also tried both reinstalling and restarting. Is this something that fixes itself (e.g. a slow queue) or do you need to do something to fix it? This would be useful for future users who encounter this problem to know - I don't want to bug you if it'll fix itself.

My order number is GPA.3356-5879-9288-49231.
