Hi. I bought a new NVIDIA SHIELD in place of the previous one that broke. For the previous one, I bought an application VirtualHere from the android store. Now when I try to buy the app for a new device I can't do that. The app says that I already have a license and cannot make a purchase. How do I fix this problem?

I just purchased a license for VH and I'm really enjoying it so far!
However. I cannot get it to work with an iLok remotely over VPN (connecting through Tailscale via 4G hotspot from my Iphone).

When I connect through Tailscale, My iLok shows up in the client (Mac OS 12.4) and I am allowed to start using it. However, Pro Tools (and iLok Manager) WILL not open. They both hang and I'll eventually have to force quit them, as they're not responding.

Is it possible to run vhui64.exe as a service without having the system tray icon? I want to run everything on managed PCs with batch files via command line but am concerned about users exiting or otherwise messing with the running service. In short: can I hide service from end users?

We are moving all our equipment to a colocation and use Splashtop to access a local system that then uses NewTek NDI tools Studio Monitor to connect to a TriCaster where your client is running. Your server runs on the local LAN system that Splashtop connects to.

So we use the Splashtop device redirection to get the X-Keys to the remote computer running your server and then use Studio Monitors KVM to get to the TriCaster.
It works locally when the system running the server has the X-Keys connected.

So, I have a windows 10 server, windows 11 client
I get the IP address of my windows 10 computer
add it to my windows 10 client
and it just says "could not connect"
So, what am I supposed to do?
I've looked at three tutorials that just make this look so easy, and nothing is working for me
I'm trying to use my desktop computer from a cafe near my house
advice thoughts ideas?
I think I've configured my firewall correctly but maybe I'm wrong?

I try to use my wheel racing on shadow with your client.I succeed to connect between my local computer and shadow with Tailscale.But when i click on my device , i have an error message " there is an error on this device" Same with all my usb

I am extremely new to Linux, but I am hoping to get Virtualhere working on a Pi 4 running Raspberry Pi OS. I downloaded the generic server build for Linux ARM, then used the following commands:

cd Downloads
chmod 755 ./vhusbdarm
sudo ./vhusbdarm

Is there any way that i can connect virtual here between two PCs without them sharing the same network? I have my laptop, but i use a VM, and i can't share the internet from the VM, so i wonder if i can still somehow use virtual here.
