Synology NAS package stops unexpectedly

Hi!

I have a serious problem with the virtualhere server on a Synology NAS running DSM 5.2-5664 Update 2. It was the second time that the virtualhere server package stopped unexpectedly and I had to restart it manually, which it does without errors. The log in the package manager doesn't tell my anything wrong happening. This is very annoying in a production enviorment, where the sticks should be readily available to clients connecting to them 24/7.

The server is licensed and everything else is working fine.

Can you take a look in DSM -> Package Center -> View Log and email that to mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)

stderr is redirected there for that process as well as any server messages so it should point to the issue.

I cannot copy and paste the log in the package center to send it to you. I have tried it in Firefox and Chrome and it is not working. Can you tell me, where I can find this particular log on the NAS so that I can retrieve it with SSH directly from the box?

Yeah thats weird i just tried too and mine wouldnt copy either. anyway its just the file /tmp/vhusbd.txt
