ShieldTV problems

Hi,

everything worked well until a few days ago (before the last Shield TV update). Now the client (Windows) seems to recognize the Android server but not the devices connected to a USB hub. it only see devices connected directly to USB ports. Note, however, that by configuring the Android TV server, devices are regularly viewed (if i show the list of devices, for example, to ignore them). I also tried to change hub USB but nothing.
Can you help me?

Thank you.

Thank you Michael.
Remember that this only happens with devices connected via a USB hub. Devices connected directly to the Shield USB ports work well.

OK i couldnt reproduce the issue unfortunately. It seems to work ok for me.

1. I updated the Shield firmware to the latest
2. I plugged in this hub https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00E6GX4BG/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_… into the usb port of the shield (didnt plug it into external power)
3. I plugged in my xbox one dongle into the hub and android had a popup that said "Allow Virtualhere to use the USB Device" and i selected OK
4. Then it appeared in the list in the virtualhere client under Android Hub
5. Then i selected USB and pressed the button on the side of the dongle to wake it up then it paired and worked ok via virtualhere.

Im wondering if you should Uninstall the App from the shield, maybe there is some permission popup you might have said no to instead of yes and thats blocking things. Can you go to the Shield Settings menu -> Apps ->VirtualHere USB Server -> Uninstall. then reboot the shield then install it again from the play store.
