Cannot use Lauterbach TRACE32 device on Windows Server

I'm running the VirtualHere Server on Windows and have two Lauterbach TRACE32 devices connected. I am evaluating to see if this is a viable solution, so it's a trial.

When I attempt to use either device from a client, I get the following in the server log:

2018-01-09 14:36:03 INFO :Downloading https://www.virtualhere.com/sites/default/files/usbserver/windows/win64…
2018-01-09 14:36:04 ERROR :There was an error downloading, HTTP response code said error (404)
2018-01-09 14:36:04 ERROR :Could not install driver for class Trace32

I can use a different device (the keyboard) so I think it's just a missing file.

I have used VirtualHere successfully with these devices on a RPi server, but want to run it as a Windows server as it's a faster connection.
