SBIG - Error Using This Device

Hi

I've recently installed VirtualHere and it is working ok for most of my devices with the exception on a SBIG camera.

The device is shown ok in the client as "USBI-CAM Engine", when I select use this device I get an error "There was a error using this device".

Below is the relevant log entry:
2016-12-13 16:03:55 INFO :Installing driver for class SBIGUSBDevices {E5E3F357-202B-40EA-8693-806E61F164B7}
2016-12-13 16:03:55 INFO :Downloading https://www.virtualhere.com/sites/default/files/usbserver/windows/win64…
2016-12-13 16:03:56 ERROR :There was an error downloading, HTTP response code said error (404)
2016-12-13 16:03:56 ERROR :Could not install driver for class SBIGUSBDevices
2016-12-13 16:03:56 ERROR :Error binding device 11 [0d97:0102] to connection 2, BIND_ERROR

I'm guessing it has something to do with the 404 error.

Your assistance is appreciated.

Thanks
Gary

I have done the following:
1. vhusbdwin64.exe -u
2. start regedt32
3. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
4. Look for vhsd_* entries and delete them all
5. Restart
6. vhusbdwin64.exe
Now connecting from client ok, however the software is not connecting to the device.
I will investigate further and let you know when I need more assistance.
Thanks

Yes actually i found the problem, if you do vhusbdwin64.exe -u then try again it should download the new vhsd_sbigusbdevices.sys etc files which should work
